In Loving Memory of Rich Wandover, ABC Columbia Operations Manager

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–The ABC Columbia family has lost a giant in the broadcast industry and a dear friend. We pay tribute to Rich Wandover, lovingly known as “Sarge”.

Many lives, not only here at ABC Columbia, but at countless organizations were changed forever with the news of the passing of Rich Wandover, our Operations Manager.

For decades, he has been been the glue, and often the duct tape, that has held together places like this television station.

It did not matter what was needed or needed to be done, somehow, problems were solved, and the show went on.

Rich was beloved more than he could have ever known, always humble and no matter what, a friend.

We love you, Rich. Your ABC Columbia family will forever cherish the memories.
