UPDATE: Missing 19-year-old vulnerable adult found safe

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies say a missing 19-year-old vulnerable adult has been found safe.

RCSD says Breonna Dubberly was last seen at her home in the 300 block of Whitehurst Way around 11 p.m. on Tues, July 21.

The 19-year-old was believed to be in danger as she has trouble understanding her surroundings, could become easily lost, and is unfamiliar with the Columbia area.

Again, deputies say Dubberly has been found safe.
