Sheriff: Two men charged with murder following birthday party

Orangeburg Co., S.C. (WOLO)–

“This was supposed to be a time of family and fun,” the sheriff said. “But it turned into a tragedy for absolutely no good reason when a man was assaulted.”

Deputies say Ronald Graham, 58, and Rhett Graham, 31, of Salters were arrested Wednesday by US Marshals.

Both men are charged with murder.

According to deputies, on April 25 an argument at a home on Salters Ln. in Orangeburg escalated into a fight.

Investigators say a 56 year old man died from injuries he sustained in the altercation.
