Local Living: Main Street Latin Festival, Firefighter hockey teams face-off for cause, Comic Con, Vintage Market Days
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, the Main Street Latin Festival is back in the Soda City Saturday.
It’ starts at 11 in the morning and runs until 10 at night, on August 22, at the 1300 and 1400 blocks of Main Street.
You can enjoy live performances, authentic cuisine, family friendly activities, and more.
The event is free to attend.
Columbia and Myrtle Beach Fire hockey teams will face off for charity Saturday.
The charity game starts at 4 p.m. at the Flight Adventure Park in Irmo on August 22.
All donations go toward the family of one of Columbia Fire’s engineers as he continues to pursue care for his sick child.
Get ready to channel your inner super hero at the Soda City Comic Con.
It takes place Saturday, August 22, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, August 23, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
There will be over 150 artists, vendors, special guests, and more.
Vintage Market Days will head to the state fairgrounds next weekend.
The event features handmade items, clothing, yummy treats, family-friendly activities, and more.
It takes place August 28 and August 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and August 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
