Fairfield Co. Veterans Affairs, Fairfield Animal Shelter teams up for pet adoptions

FAIRIFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Fairfield County Veterans Affairs and the Fairfield Animal Shelter are teaming up for a community pet adoption event.

The event will be held on Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1678 Highway 321 Business North in Winnsboro.

Officials say there will be free pet adoptions for verified Veterans, and 50% off adoptions for everyone else.

Everyone in the community is invited to Paws & Claws to adopt a pet or just enjoy the day.
