USC #9 In Preseason AP Poll; Clemson Is 14th

(WOLO/AP) — The South Carolina Gamecocks have been ranked no. 9 in the Associated Press’ preseason Top 25 poll. USC is coming off their school best 11-2 record that culminated in a 30-13 win over Nebraska in the Capital One Bowl game. The Gamecocks hit the practice field Saturday morning for a scrimmage around 10am. Post-scrimmage reaction can be found right here on ABCColumbia.com. As for the Clemson Tigers, they are ranked 14th in the preseason AP Top 25 poll. The Tigers are participating in their last full-live scrimmage of fall camp in Death Valley Saturday.
