CLEMSON, S.C. (WOLO) — The Clemson Tigers will play their first home game since November 12, 2011 when they beat Wake Forest 31-28. This weekend, Clemson plays host to Ball State in Death Valley in their 2012 home opener. The Tigers are coming off their 26-19 win over Auburn at the Georgia Dome last Saturday. It was the first time in over 60 years that Clemson had posted back-to-back wins over Auburn. Last season, the Tigers beat Auburn in Death Valley. Head coach Dabo Swinney says while he was happy to get the win for the ACC, it was much more meaningful for the Tigers of Clemson.
