CLEMSON, S.C. (WOLO) — The Clemson Tigers moved up from no. 14 to no. 12 in both the Associated Press and USA Today polls after their 26-19 win over Auburn last Saturday. This week, Clemson will host Ball State in Death Valley. It will be the Tigers first home game since they beat Wake Forest on November 12th of last year. At today’s press conference, head coach Dabo Swinney said there should be no difference in the way the Tigers focus on Ball State. Swinney said it should be as intense as their focus to prepare for Auburn. “If it’s difficult to get ready to play one of 12 games, when you work all year, you spend 97% of your time preparing for 3%, and if it’s difficult to get excited to play on gameday, then we won’t be a championship team.” Kickoff between Ball State and Clemson is set for 12:30pm in Death Valley.
