Motorcycle Accident Kills Man: Police Investigating

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Lexington County Coroner‘s Office is investigating a motorcycle accident which occurred at approximately 1:40 AM on Saturday, September 15, 2012. According to Coroner Harry O. Harman, Kenneth Norman Harris, age 45, of Lexington was killed when his motorcycle ran into the rear of a pickup truck in the 6100 block of Edmund Highway. Mr. Harris was pronounced at the scene from head and body trauma. The accident remains under investigation by the Lexington County Coroner‘s Office, the South Carolina Highway Patrol, and the Lexington County Sheriff‘s Department.
