ON THE ROAD: Upstate

LANDRUM, SC (WOLO) — This week, we’re back on the road.

After last week in Beaufort, we’re now going to the opposite end of the state for the next few weeks.

As Landrum, South Carolina as it gets, Bob Briggs has been the  mayor of the city of around 2,500 residents for more than 25 years. In this week’s ‘On the Road’, he tells us what makes the area so great.

Down the road, downtown Travelers Rest is now full of businesses, including Charlie’s Rustic Antiques. The owner, Matt Stovall, is keeping the past alive through his shop. Hear from him as well in this week’s episode.
