Floodgate at the Lake Murray Dam Could Open

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Emergency Services report that SCE&G officials say the utility may have to open the floodgate at the Lake Murray dam Thursday.

This could affect Richland County residents downstream.
