“I’m the most excited person in the world”: Midlands man describes winning the lottery

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A Midlands man has described how happy he is to be a lottery winner, according to S.C. Lottery officials.

“I’m the most excited person in the world,” said the lottery winner.

The man won $300,000 on s scratch-off from the Corner Pantry in Camden.

Officials say the man went into the store to play his lucky numbers when he decided to take a chance on a $10 scratch-off.

“I must have looked at the ticket a thousand times,” he said after scratching off the top prize win.
