Local Living: Touch a Truck event hosted by West Columbia Police Dept.

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– In our look at Local Living, the West Columbia Police Department will host a ‘Touch-A-Truck’ event in November.

The event will be sensory-friendly and provide a safe environment for people to interact with First Responders, outside of an emergency. Organizers say there will be no alarms or flashing lights.
The event takes place November 4, 2023 from 9:30am to 11:30am.

It will be held at West Columbia Community Garden off North 12th Street.
