Richland County Library to break ground on new site
COLUMBIA, SC ( WOLO ) – – The Richland County Public Library is set to break ground on its new Ballentine site.
A groundbreaking to kick off construction on the 13,000 square-foot facility will be held Wednesday, March 16.
Organizers say the 
event is free & open to the public.
