Road reopens after accident involving school bus

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO) — The Lexington Police Department says all lanes of Mineral Springs Road have reopened after the collision.
Officers say the driver of a van was following too closely and hit a vehicle that was pushed into the lawfully stopped school bus.
The driver of the van was issued a $232.50 citation for following too closely.
TRAFFIC UPDATE – All lanes of Mineral Springs Road have reopened. And, as stated in the first post, three students were on the bus but none sustained injuries during the crash.

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)– Police in Lexington say an accident involving a school bus is blocking Mineral Springs Rd.
Police say three vehicles were involved.
There were students on the bus, but none were injured.
Police say Lexington School Dist. One officials are working to get all of the students home.
