Newberry County: Deputies searching for 23-year-old in connection with armed robbery

The Newberry County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Daquan Cooper in connection with an armed robbery.

NEWBERRY COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Newberry County deputies say they are searching for 23-year-old Daquan Malik Cooper in connection with an armed robbery, conspiracy, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Cooper is accused of being a part of an armed robbery where someone was shot at a home on Little Ranches Drives in the early morning on Thursday, Nov.2.

Deputies say Cooper is 5’9′, around 180 pounds, has brown eyes, and black hair, and should be considered armed and dangerous.
