Fairfield County: Missing 76-year-old man found safe

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing person.

Deputies say 76-year-old Tommy Proctor was last seen on Thursday, Nov.16 leaving his home around 6 p.m.

Proctor was driving a red 2008 Ford F-150 with SC tag# RUB821.

Detectives say he has a small dog with him.

Recently he has been showing symptoms of dementia and is diabetic.
