Local Living: Columbia-Richland Fire Department hosting annual Holiday Food Drive

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)–In today’s look at Local Living, the Richland Library is inviting the community to their holiday market.
Local bakers, artists, and creators will show off their treats and handcrafted treasures.
The Holiday Market takes place on Dec. 13 and Dec. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is free.
The Columbia-Richland Fire Department is hosting its 4th annual Holiday Food Drive.
They will collect canned goods and non-perishable food items on Friday, Dec. 15 from 9 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the fire department’s headquarters.
All donations will then be sorted, bagged, and distributed to area households that are in need of food this Christmas.
Columbia City Jazz will present ‘The Two Claras’ this weekend at the Harbison Theater at Midlands Technical College.
The Two Claras is a modern twist on the original Nutcracker.
Performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. tonight, 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online.
The Greater Cayce-West Columbia Holiday Parade of Lights will be held on Saturday starting at 5:30 p.m.
Once the sun sets, thousands of Christmas lights will dress up hundreds of floats.
The 16th annual Lights of Lugoff Christmas Parade is coming up this weekend.
It begins at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
ABC Columbia’s Tyler Ryan will serve as the MC.
