State Democratic Party leaders held news conference to launch statewide Get Out The Vote Campaign

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– In the race for the White House, for Democrats it may be a forgone conclusion that President Joe Biden will be the nominee.

But party officials want to make sure that doesn’t stop voters from casting their ballots in the upcoming Democratic Primary.

Monday afternoon State Democratic Party leaders held a news conference to launch a statewide Get Out The Vote Campaign.

This year the Palmetto State is hosting the first Democratic Primary in the nation.

The South Carolina Democratic Primary takes place on February 3, 2024.
