Police: Suspects Stole Soap, Other Items From CVS

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department have arrested two suspects wanted for shoplifting from a local CVS.

Just before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 13 at the CVS located at 9712 Two Notch Road authorities say 46-year-old George Anderson, III and 36-year-old Sherrie Jones allegedly stole $130 worth of Dove soap and other products.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott stated that investigators were able to identify Anderson and Jones from the store’s video surveillance equipment.

They are being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
