Brookland Baptist Church’s Annual MLK Holiday Breakfast this Saturday
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – One local Baptist church is hosting an annual breakfast in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy.
The Brookland Baptist Church Brotherhood & the South Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice is hosting the annual MLK Holiday Breakfast this Saturday.
It starts at 9 a.m. at the Brookland Banquet & Conference Center on 1066 Sunset Blvd., West Columbia.
Curtis spoke with Deacon Warren Gadson about how this event will honor leaders that do work to benefit the community.
Political Strategist Antjuan Seawright will be the guest speaker & Col. Christopher Williamson, 1st African American Col. of the SC Highway Patrol, will be honored with the 2024 Brotherhood Drum Major Medallion Award!
Tickets are $30 which includes breakfast.
