An Evening with the Gamecocks

(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C, — They may be tough stuff on the gridiron, but when it comes to giving back The Gamecock Football team is full of heart, willing to give of their time to make a child’s holiday. The annual Evening with the Gamecocks event gives area children fighting cancer a chance to meet, eat, and take pictures with their favorite players and favorite coaches. 50 families participated in this year’s event bringing the total in attendance to about 250 people who packed Williams Brice Stadium for a special holiday treat.
