State Museum Unveils Exhibit on Race

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–      The South Carolina State Museum is getting a new exhibit that explores ‘race’ throughout history.   Wednesday, museum officials, along with the Central Carolina Community Foundation announced plans for the travelling exhibit.        It will feature a look at race through cultural, scientific and historical avenues.
The exhibit is based out of the Science Museum of Minnesota… and officials say they’re excited for it to stop here in South Carolina.
The exhibit opens to the public on  June 4th.
