Watch: Parents Scream Foul Over Softball Facilities

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO) — A group of Lexington parents who have daughters that play for a Softball team for Lexington High say the facilities are not up to snuff.

The parents say they’re suing the district claiming their girls are not getting the equal facilities entitle to them under title 9.

The school district however,  maintains they’re in complete compliance across the district.
