Rep. Justin Bamberg offers to be Nikki Haley’s VP

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Democratic State Representative Justin Bamberg has offered to cross the aisle and join Nikki Haley’s ticket for the presidency as her vice president in a longshot attempt.

Bamberg said in a social media post, the pair would break barriers and be a split ticket representing Republicans and Democrats.

The state representative and lawyer noted they are both from the same small hometown of Bamberg.

At this time, Haley’s campaign has not responded.
