Survey: Work life balance worth pay cut

(CNN)– Most employees would be willing to earn less money if it meant a better work-life balance.

That’s according to a recent survey by Ford Motor Company of roughly 16 thousand people from over a dozen countries including the U.S.

According to the results, globally 52% said they would be willing to take a 20% pay cut for a better work-life balance.

When it comes to age groups, Millenials and Gen-Z were more open to the idea than Gen-X and baby boomers.
