Midlands man, woman charged in connection with sexual abuse of minor

Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)–Richland Co. Deputies say a man and woman are in custody in connection with multiple Criminal Sexual Conduct related crimes.

Investigators say Larry Dennis, 42, was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor and Lottiea Ingram, 33 was charged with Neglect by a Legal Custodian.

According to deputies on January 29th it was reported that Dennis was having inappropriate contact with a minor.

Deputies say further investigation revealed Ingram was aware of the abuse and did not report it.
