SCSU student charged with Attempted Murder

 

Orangeburg, S.C. (WOLO)– The student arrested in Tuesday’s shooting on the campus of South Carolina State University is now charged with Attempted Murder.
University police say 19 year old Rolondo Ifill of Charleston was in a fight with the victim on the second floor of Hodge Hall when he pulled out a 9 millimeter handgun and fired a shot at the victim as he ran away.

Police say no one was injured in the shooting.
Ifill was initially charged with possessing a weapon on university grounds.
