Postage Stamp Hike

(WOLO) COLUMBIA, S.C. Get ready to pay a little extra next time you go to the post office. Today the U.S. Postal Service started a penny rate hike on postage stamps. First class stamps will now run you 46 cents, while postcards will jump to 33 cents.
