Apple launches its first sports app
(CNN)– Apple is taking a bigger swing at sports.
On Wednesday, the company launches a free app for I-phone users that delivers real time scores and stats and even optional live betting.
‘Apple sports’ will offer live data from the NBA, the NHL and the MLS.
During March Madness, it’ll have real time information for both men’s and women’s NCAA basketball.
Apple says other leagues will be added when their seasons begin including the NFL and the MLB.
