Pawmetto Lifeline holds rally to advocate for a spray/neuter ordinance

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– On Tuesday morning, Pawmetto Lifeline rallied in front of Columbia City Hall to advocate for a spray/neuter ordinance.

It would be for pet owners who receive an official complaint for the care of their pet.

Pawmetto Lifeline says they hope to work with the city to solve the overpopulation issue of companion pets and to prevent pet homelessness.
