Local Living: Cottontown Art Crawl, Touch-a-Truck event, Prisma Health Midlands Foundation Oyster Roast

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– In today’s look at Local Living, the 6th annual Cottontown Art Crawl kicks off next weekend.
Nearly 200 artists will showcase their work in the historic neighborhood of downtown Columbia.
The event takes place on Saturday, March 9 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Admission is free.
A Touch-a-Truck event is being held at Saluda Shoals Park on Saturday, March 2 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Kids will have the opportunity to touch, climb, and explore vehicles of all shapes and sizes.
Including fire trucks, police vehicles, dump trucks, lifts, animal control vehicles and more. Parking is $5.
The Prisma Health Midlands Foundation is having an oyster roast this weekend. There will be live music, barbecue and of course oysters.
It will be held at the Grovewood Plantation on Saturday, March 2, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tickets are available online.
All proceeds will help benefit the Prisma Health Cancer Institute.
