COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Scammers are out to get your money over the phone, according to the Newberry County Sheriff.
The Department is issuing a scam alert. They say scammers are calling saying you owe money for court dates.
Do not give money over the phone. Call the Sheriff’s Department to report these types of calls.
