US Supreme Court rules for Trump in historic 14th Amendment ballot eligibility case
Washington, D.C. (ABC News)–The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ruled in favor of Donald Trump in a historic case challenging his ability to seek the Republican presidential nomination under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment due to his actions around the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The decision will return the former president to primary ballots in Colorado, Maine, and Illinois.
