New forest to table restaurant opens in Columbia

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The City of Columbia has a forest-to-table restaurant in the Vista.

This week, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held for ‘The Hollow’ on Gervais Street.

The restaurant says it will offer wild harvested vegetables and games like venison, elk and rabbit.

The restaurant says they also offer catering services.
