Benedict College 2024 Convocation

(CNN)–  Benedict College held its “Founder Day Convocation” which celebrated the school’s 154 year history.
Faculty, alumni, and students gathered on campus at Antisdel Chapel to honor the founding of the institution by Bathsheba Benedict in 1870.
The ceremony included multiple guest speakers and music by the college’s concert and gospel choirs.
During today’s ceremony the class of 1974 was inducted into the college’s half century club.
