Richland County Deputy Charged With “Hindering Arrest”

ABC NEWS– Officials say a Richland County deputy is charged for “hindering arrest.”

Deputies say Liza Grazoli showed up to a traffic stop where Kershaw County deputies were questioning her son, Victor Ortiz, for a possible DUI. Police say Grazoli started recording the incident, ignoring orders to get back into her patrol car.

Grazoli faces a “hindering arrest” charge. Richland County sheriff Leon Lott says he is aware of the situation and is taking disciplinary action.
