COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Columbia Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a vulnerable 18-year-old, says the department.
Investigator say Seth Sprouse walked away from 8301 Farrow Road without permission this morning and likely did not have a phone.
Sprouse was last seen wearing a blue/gray jeans and a gray jacket.
