Flood Memorial Plaque Dedication

ABC News— On the one-year anniversary of the devastating October 2015 flood, a dedication ceremony will be held for a memorial plaque that recognizes flood victims. Richland County Council members will remember the flood victims whose names are on the plaque, as well as recognize first responders and volunteers and the resiliency of residents to move forward from tragedy.

The ceremony is taking place at Council Chambers, Richland County Administration Building, 2020 Hampton St. It will begin at 5:30 p.m.
