City of Columbia to host homebuyer workshop

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The City of Columbia’s Development Department is hosting a homebuyer workshop to teach residents interested about the home buying process for first time home buyers.

Participants will also learn about credit, how to get a mortgage loan, as well as budgeting and savings.

The event will be held on Wednesday, April 17, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Earlewood Park, 1113 Recreation Drive.
