Absentee Voting Around the Midlands
ABC News– The Richland County Voter Registration & Elections office satellite absentee precincts will open, Monday, October 17, 2017 for absentee voting for the November 8, 2016 General Election. Absentee voting is available Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The satellite precinct locations are listed below:
Garners Ferry Road Adult Activity Center

Ballentine Community Center

Parklane Adult Activity Center
- 7494 Parklane Road
- Columbia, SC 29223
In-Person absentee voting will also be available at main office located at 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia, SC 29204.
