Pet of the Week: Pepper!

LEXINGTON, SC (WOLO)- Pepper, spice, and everything nice! This sweet girl is Pepper and she can’t wait to go home with you!

Pepper came to Lexington Animal Services through their Managed Intake Program- a program if someone can’t keep their pet, the shelter works with them to find another adopter or a rescue to hopefully prevent the animal from going into the shelter. Unfortunately, Pepper ended up at the shelter and has been patiently waiting for about a month to find her forever home.

Pepper is just a puppy at 9 months old, and she’s never met a stranger! Pepper loves all people and plays great with other dogs. She loves toys, kisses, and belly rubs! She’s a smart girl too, and already knows how to sit! Pepper is sure to bring a smile to your face and joy in your home!

If you’re interested in adopting Pepper, you’re encouraged to come by the shelter at 321 Ball Park Rd., in Lexington, SC. Bring any other furry or human friends along too to ensure a successful adoption! All adopted pets are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and are on flea/heartworm preventative.

Lexington County Animal Services is also celebrating the end of the school year and a jump start to summer with an adoption special! For the week of May 28th through June 1st, all pet that has been up for adoption longer than 30 days will be free! All others will just be $10!
