Nestlé unveils frozen food for people on Ozempic

(CNN)– Nestlé is slimming down with a new line of meals for people taking GLP-one drugs such as Ozempic for weight loss.

The new frozen food brand called Vital Pursuit will consist of 12 portion-controlled meals that are high in protein and fiber.

The company said it’s intended to be a companion for GLP-one users and people focused on weigh management.

Nestle said the drugs have changed the way people eat, both in portion sizes and frequency.

The line will hit grocery stores later this year with a suggested retail price of under $5.
