Work from home could lead to more homes in vacant offices

The COVID-era work-from-home movement slashed office attendance.

Vaccines hit a record 20% in the second quarter of this year, according to Moody’s analytics.

But developers seem to have found a solution turning those expansive workspaces into inviting homes.

Local governments are even offering tax breaks and speedier approval processes to help with the transition.
