VP Harris reacts to Bidens endorsement after announcing he is dropping out

ABC NEWS—Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign has debuted a new logo Monday as she released a statement and spoke publicly for the first time since Biden’s announcement.
This just hours after President Joe Biden said he was withdrawing from the Presidential race and endorsing Harris.
It is the first time an incumbent president has dropped out in more than 50 years.
The chairman of the Democratic Party says they still have to announce how the process moves forward.
