President Biden speaks delivers speech to nation on decision to drop out race

(ABC News) — Wednesday night President Joe Biden delivered a rare speech from the Oval office, addressing the nation about his decision to drop out of the presidential race.

Biden emphasized this decision was about passing the torch to a new generation adding it is the best way to unite our nation.
