City Hosts Workshops on Water Rate Hike

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– City of Columbia Water customers need to prepare for a water rate hike. To better help customers understand the rate change, the City of Columbia will have extended hours for its Customer Care Center. On the following dates the center will be open until 7:00 p.m.: Tuesday, April 16th, Thursday, April 18th, Monday, April 22nd and Wednesday April 24th. Also, workshops to help customers will be held on the following dates: April 20th 8:30 a.m. – noon, June 8th 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and June 22nd 8:30 a.m. – noon.
