Memorial Service for SC Rep. Joe Neal Sunday

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Services have been set for State Representative Joe Neal, age 66, who passed away Tuesday.

The longtime lawmaker who Governor McMaster calls a “compassionate force” was known for being a strong voice for concerns in Richland County like healthcare and protecting the environment.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday at 2:30pm at Calvary Baptist Church in Chester.

Funeral services will be Monday at 1pm at First Nazareth Baptist on Gervais Street in Columbia.
