SC Man Accused of Shooting at Wife in Front of Kids

Jabari Sellers, 36, faces numerous charges after he shot at his wife in front of her children, according to Timmonsville Police Chief Billy Brown.

WPDE – Jabari Sellers, 36, is charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime after he shot at his wife in front of her children, according to Timmonsville Police Chief Billy Brown.

Brown said the couple had been arguing Sunday at a home on Kershaw Street in Timmonsville.

He added the wife was able to dodge the shot fired toward her.

Brown said someone in the home called 911 and Sellers was arrested without incident.

Sellers has been released from the Florence County Detention Center on $20,000 bond.
