Gamecocks and Akron Set for 7:30 pm Kick on Sept. 21

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina Gamecocks will host the Akron Zips in a 7:30 pm ET contest on Saturday, Sept. 21, the Southeastern Conference announced today. The game will be televised on ESPNU.

The Gamecocks (2-0, 1-0 SEC) and Zips (0-2, 0-0 MAC) have met once previously on the gridiron, a 28-3 Gamecock win in the 2018 regular season finale.
